Clearline

Draft terms · Version draft

Terms for using Clearline.

Clearline boundary

Clearline is an AI wellness companion for reflection, decompression, and clarity. It is not a licensed therapist or medical provider, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

AI disclosure

Clearline conversations are generated by AI. The companion may be incomplete or wrong, so you are responsible for your own choices and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.

Adult-only access

Clearline is only for adults 18 and older. If you are under 18, do not use Clearline.

Blocked use

Do not use Clearline for medication decisions, condition labels, emergency support, or instructions that could help anyone get hurt. If you may be in danger, call 911. For immediate support, call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741.

Consent and voice sessions

Before using web voice or phone access, you must accept the Clearline disclosure and confirm that you are 18 or older. Phone and web voice sessions may use third-party voice, hosting, billing, and data providers needed to operate the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe. Plans include the monthly minutes shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals through the billing flow provided after purchase.

Trial minutes and usage

The free trial is limited to the minutes shown on the pricing page. Monthly plan minutes do not create a guarantee of uninterrupted access, and unused minutes may expire at the end of each billing period unless final counsel-approved terms say otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations should stop future renewal charges at the end of the then-current billing period. Any refund language, exceptions, and required consumer notices must be finalized by counsel before paid checkout opens.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, resell, or interfere with Clearline. Do not upload unlawful content, harmful instructions, or sensitive details that are not needed for reflection.

Account and access limits

Clearline may pause or end access when use appears unsafe, unlawful, underage, unpaid, abusive, or outside the product boundary. Any final suspension, appeal, or notice process must be counsel-approved.

Operating entity

Paid launch should run through a separate Clearline operating entity, with Delaware C-corp formation evidence retained before paid traffic begins.

Governing law

The final attorney-reviewed terms should use Delaware governing law unless counsel selects a different structure for the operating entity.

Arbitration and class-action waiver

The final attorney-reviewed terms should include binding arbitration and a class-action waiver before paid traffic begins.

Liability limits

Final terms should define service availability, warranty disclaimers, damages limits, billing dispute timing, and any state-specific rights that cannot be waived.

Policy changes

Final terms should explain how users receive notice of material changes, when changes become effective, and what happens if a user does not accept updated terms.

Status

This draft is a launch placeholder for product testing and must be reviewed by specialized AI and product counsel before scaled paid traffic.
